上流には家があると思って、川の上流へ行くと、予想どうり家があり、
夫婦と娘が暮らしていいた。娘がないている。

 男神が夫婦に尋ねる、　
「なぜ娘は泣いてばかりいるのか？」

　夫が答える、
「まもなく8頭蛇怪獣（8頭の頭を持ち体は８つの峰に
またがってる怪獣）が娘を嫁にくれと言って、来る。断れば私たちは
殺されてしまう。娘を差し出すしかなく、それで娘は泣いているのです」と、

 男神が尋ねる 　
「娘を自分にくれるなら、8頭蛇怪獣を退治してあげよう」と

 夫が尋ねる
「あなたはどちらの方ですか？」

 男神こたえる
「全てを照らす女神と月の女神と一緒の所にいた男神である」と

 夫が返事する。
「喜んで娘をさしあげます。」

When man god thought that there was a house upstream
and went to the upper reaches of the river, there was
the house which man god expected and a couple and
a daughter lived and were.
A daughter cries.

Male god asks a couple,
"Why does the daughter cry?"

 A husband answers,
"Eight snake monsters (the monster that the body covers
eight peaks having eight heads) say that give a bride a
daughter soon and come".We are murdered if I decline it.
We cannot but hold out a daughter, and the daughter cries
in it,

 Male god asks it
"I will exterminate eight snake monsters if I give a daughter
to oneself"

 A husband asks it
"Which one are you?"

 Male god answers
"Goddess lighting all up, goddess of the month"
It is man god which was in the place where is same as

 A husband answers.
"We give a daughter to you with pleasure"
